We are a young business professional couple in our 30’s (1 male 1 female) who are very goal oriented and working full time in our respected fields (Entertainment & Real Estate). We are very clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. We like to go out and socialize as part of our jobs but do not bring the party home. We like to think of our home as an oasis where we can comfortably relax and unwind. My office recently opened back up and I will be commuting to Orange County and staying in our 2nd home there 2-3 nights a week. My partner has been out of the country filming a Hulu series since July, so the home has been fairly unoccupied recently. For that
reason we are looking for a roommate who is responsible and we could trust in our apartment.

We are looking for:
A good person. Period. Must be female, as my partner doesn’t want another male in
the home as I will not be there several days a week. Our perfect roommate has a solid
full time job, great referrals, extremely responsible, extremely clean, organized and
friendly. Has to work full-time, drama free, smoke/drug free, mindful and courteous.
