Room for rent in the heart of LA

Hello,

My wife and I are renting a room with private bathroom for $1,600 per month for 3 months in the heart of LA. It’s walking distance from The Grove, several restaurants and supermarkets such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Ralph’s. There’s washers and dryers in the building. The room is furnished with a full size bed, a couple nightstands, and a 32 inch TV. We can remove the furniture from the room if you’d like.

All utilities included and we have a couple coffee machines for coffee lovers.

My wife will be traveling for 3 months, so she won’t be around. I’ll be in the apartment for most of December and I’ll also be traveling from January to March, so the apartment will be pretty empty during that time.

Couples are welcome, but rent will be $100 extra for couples.
