📍 Mid-City, Walking distance to many stores, including WholeFood, Trader Joe’s, Target, CVS, the Grove mall, and LACMA.
💸 $1600 (utilities not included)

It is a gated community with 24-hour security patrol service and Valet trash pick up at the doorstep. General parking is first come, first serve, you can pay for garage parking. The laundry room in the building. The living room has hardwood flooring, and the others have carpet flooring. We have an open kitchen and central AC.
Plus, I mostly have all the furniture in the living room, so you wouldn't need to worry about furnishing.
