Park La Brea Apartment - Female Roommate

I am looking for a female roommate to move into my 2 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom apartment with me, located in Park La Brea across from the Grove! We are a 10 minute walk to either the Grove or LACMA, and are inside a gated community filled with lots of trees, fountains, and greenery! The space is filled with lots of light, and most of the furniture (such as couches, TV, table/chairs & bigger items) I’ll already have.

The rent is $1,510 a month (which may be lower as soon as we get the renewal), with utilities ranging from ~$150-$200. There is central AC & Heat, a dishwasher, and you can park anywhere inside the complex or get your own parking space. There are lots of laundry machines on the basement floor, and they include an app that lets you know what machines are open before you go down. Looking to sign a lease for the upcoming year, and would love someone that is looking to potentially be here longer-term! (No pets)

Looking to move in starting early-June, as our last lease started June 4th! :)
