1 private bedroom for rent miracle mile / grove

Hi there, your rent will be $1400 & deposit is $1400. Move in date Saturday July 13th 2024 (rent will be prorated to $858 for July). Single completely empty & unfurnished room. I want someone long term. Male or female potential roommates are welcomed to respond.

Located on wilshire & burnside (Miracle Mile/ Fairfax Area/ Park Labrea/ 90036 zip code). Walking distance to the grove & farmers market. The way the unit is structured allows you more privacy than a typical one bedroom apartment. House rule: no shoes indoors! (Indoor slippers cool)

Story time:
So a twist of fate has me renting out the room in my 1BD/1Bath apartment in the miracle mile area (near the grove, 90036 zip code). I take the living room, YOU will have the private bedroom (I’ve attached plenty of pics so you can get a full idea of the living space). We share the kitchen & bathroom.

I’m male 30’s (swipe to see a pic of me also attached). I have a bachelor’s degree in biology. Im an athlete. I’m a fixer-solution oriented type. My number one priority in life is PEACE & Cleanliness. I sleep 10:30pm & wake 4:30am. I mediate for 40mins every morning. I’m heavily into Heath, nutrition & fitness. You can see the serious training equipment I own in my living room. I’m very chill & I practice a Zen lifestyle.

30 day advance notice if vacating

Space is for a single person

We must keep the bathroom very clean!
Respectful of shared spaces (kitchen, bath, etc.)

We split pay on shared use things like electricity, wifi, toilet paper, etc.
Onsite coin laundry down the hall
Parking tandem gated underground garage

No shoes indoors (Indoor slippers cool)
No over night guests

No drugs
No 420
No vaping
No lound music
No drama
No partying
