City/Area: This historic Fairfax District is close to a Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Runyon Canyon (popular hiking spot) with easy access to LAX airport and DTLA. Walking distance to Erewhon, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and The Grove, the Farmers Market, and Beverly Center Mall and many of LA’s best restaurants and bars located on the trendy streets of Beverly, Melrose, Fairfax and LaBrea.

About the Duplex: This two-story Sunny Spanish duplex, with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms has gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. The house is fully furnished. The home contains a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice cube maker and filtered water, microwave, washer and dryer. The house has a living room, formal dining room and large kitchen with a breakfast nook as well. Bonus: a large outdoor terrace to enjoy.
There is a one car garage to share but a parking permit and street parking is available/necessary as well.

About the Master Bedroom: Wood floors, tons of light and it is very large (like a studio apt) approximately 11x 14 with a walk-in closet. Ideally you should bring your own furniture for the bedroom but it can be furnished (queen size bed for an additional monthly fee). The bathroom is located within the bedroom with a tub and shower with ample light, ventilation and storage.

There is no smoking allowed in the house (there is a terrace however) and please no pets but may consider a small well-trained dog). Ideal for a mature, clean, well-mannered, respectful, and a responsible adult. Prefer no drama nor people that like to party all the time and have frequent guests in and out.

Terms: RENT, $1500. Utilities not included (under $100 unless excess air or heat). There is a shared garage but street parking is a must as well. Parking permit is an additional $22.50 per quarter but also non-permit parking is available in the area.
