I am looking to share my 4BR house in NE Pasadena with a quiet & responsible adult. I am keeping the other 2BRs for guests & office space, so there is more than ample space to share without bumping into each other.

There is a spacious living room, a breakfast nook and dining, & a full-size kitchen. I also have a swimming pool & water softener system, so it is great for bathing & laundry. There is a washer &-dryer on site. Tandem parking is on driveway.

Rent includes utilities and internet. However, I do not allow small appliances in your room that utilize electricity.

I have 2 small dogs, a 6-lb Chihuahua & a 13-lb mixed Terrier. They are Well-behaved, well-groomed and people-friendly. I keep my home very clean at all times, & expect you will too.
