And this is one room for one person... no sleepovers for friends, family, loved ones!

You'll need to show proof of ability to pay, references, one month deposit due at signing. 3-6 month term length, which we can discuss upon meeting.

This is a great location near PCC and Caltech with lots of street parking and very quiet neighborhood.
