Spacious Bedroom in a Quiet Pasadena Apartment

Bedroom is in a hallway with the guest bathroom so it feels like your own. My bedroom is on the other side of the apartment so there?s no shared walls between living spaces. It?s on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. There?s an elevator to make moving easier. There is a loft space that can be utilized as a game room, office, or art space. Our complex has 2 laundry rooms, a gym, and a pool. You get your own parking space in a covered garage. We have central AC.

Additional payment for monthly utilities includes internet (Spectrum) and electricity.

There is one dog in the apartment, a 10 year old pug. He is kennel trained and will be in my room when I?m not home.

Our apartment is privately owned and our landlord is out of state. You will have to fill out an application, sign a lease, and put down a deposit for our landlord. A year is preferred but 6 months is negotiable.

I work an office job in City of Industry Monday through Friday, go to events for work (like SDCC and other conventions), and sometimes travel for work (or to go back home to visit friends and family in Texas). Hopefully you like to binge watch things on Netflix (or Hulu) and enjoy video games, books, comics, and movies!
