Bedroom with shared bathroom for rent

Hello, my girlfriend and I have a room for rent in our house. The room has two windows, a closet, ceiling fan, carpeted floors, and newly painted walls. The house has a deck with back side entrance, long driveway with space for parking, backyard, garage, and we have a small dog. The fridge will be shared, as well as stove/oven, washer/dryer, and bathroom. My girlfriend and I work m-f from 7-5.
