Room for rent in 2 bed apt in Pasadena. It's a quaint little spot--nice neighbors--lovely neighborhood, and close to Old Town. Second floor apt, no elevator. The room is a good size, and has a window AC unit. No heat, but there is a fireplace in the living room. Also has an outdoor porch/balcony. There is carport parking, coin laundry, and shared bathroom.

I'm looking for someone 21+ (preferably female) who is tidy and responsible. I'm a musician, and I like to practice at home but within reasonable hours. Outdoor cats and small dogs are considered.
