This is in a small building - 6 units - with nice neighbors. It's very close to PCC and Cal Tech.
Your room is about 12x 12 1/2 (not including the closet) - nice size for a full-sized bed with a desk, some bookcases, and such. The room isn't furnished, but we can talk about what to do if you need furniture.
You have the main bathroom to share or not as you want.
After all this - I have a small garden (very small - lemon tree and rosemary and some pots) with the patio.
I have a Lot of books, so if you like to read that's a bonus for me. I'm retired, active (have to be with a little dog to be walked) and enjoy all of Pasadena's museums, bookstores, and everything else.
I would like to have each of us add $100/month so we can have a cleaning person a couple mornings a month. Does this sound good to you?
