My room is up for grabs at this beautiful house on the border of Highland Park/Eagle rock. The house itself is 2 bed/2.5 bath (full bath connected to your room & private entrance to backyard) -- with multiple balcony's, front porch, & a backyard. You'll even have your own balcony connected to your bedroom! HUGE kitchen for all my chef friends out there. Plenty of space to host dinner shin digs as there is a front porch overlooking the horizon, & a huge backyard if meditation is your thing. I would love to find someone who's very clean & chill for my friend who you'd be sharing a place with. The room is $1700 + utilities (definitely worth every penny). It's a steal for the massive amount of space/privacy you have with this house. It's also in a very safe neighborhood as I walk my dog very late in the night. Bedroom is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. Also open to outside furniture to spice up the pad too.
