Room Available in Beautiful Little Yellow Home

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to move in with us at the beginning of November. We are both master?s students, very friendly, and down to clown at most times. One sweet cat lives with us as well. The house is awesome, it has a front yard and back patio, laundry, parking, privacy, and plenty of space to plant and garden. The neighborhood is also safe and (mostly) quiet. Both of us bike to school. The house is good for students and professionals or people just looking for a more peaceful living situation outside of the city.
