This is a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom Spanish-style house. The house is very new and in great conditions. It has central A/C. It is at a very convenient location, close to Colorado Blvd/S Hill Ave, within walking distance to Caltech and Pasadena City College. It is within 10min driving distance to theaters, gyms, Macy's, Whole Food, Ralphs and many shops and restaurants in old town Pasadena.

You will be living with the landlord(male, USC alumnus), and another tenant. You will have your private bathroom. The landlord has a small dog named Buddy.

This room is for one person only. No pets allowed.

The minimum lease is 6 months. Afterwards, it can be renewed month-by-month.
