A furnished 1 bedroom with private bathroom is available for short term rent at $1300/month, starting Monday Nov. 2 (Min 2 months). The bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, night stand, TV, desk and chair. The room has a beautiful east-facing bay window with plenty of natural light. The bedroom is in a 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome, with a two car garage. The townhome comes with central ac, washer and dryer, dishwasher, a fully furnished kitchen, and common living space. Rent includes all utilities (water, power, WiFi), and common use supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.). Located in a quiet neighborhood, the townhome is walking distance to PCC, CalTech, Old Town, and major public transit.

A bit about us, we are a gay professional couple in our early 30s, working in the legal and architecture industry. We love to stay active, and enjoy cooking dinner. When we're not at home we are traveling, riding bikes, running, working out, camping, and spending time with our families and friends. We are well-mannered, respectful and try not to take ourselves too seriously.

We hope to find someone who is relatively clean, responsible, and respectful. This is a great setup for students with short lease-term commitments or starting professionals.
