Cute Shared Room in Pasadena Apartment Complex

Looking for someone to take over my half of this nice little shared room. You'll be in the company of another roommate, but she's a professional artist and keeps to herself. Women ONLY, please.
There's a bathroom in the room, a sliding closet, and you'll have the side with the windows and the nice view of outside.

The apartment is a 2BD 2BTH with a cozy living room and kitchen. The apartment complex has excellent amenities such as parking, a gym, and a swimming pool/hot tub (the latter two will reopen after COVID, obviously). The current two roommates are aforementioned artist, and a professional dog trainer. Pets are welcome, but there is a $600 one-time pet deposit.

The room is ideal for someone who is currently working, it's a nice place to come home to after a long day and crash. Feel free to message me if you would like more photos or information.
There is currently a loft bed with attached desk in the room - it's mine, and I am unsure if I am taking it with me or not. If it's something you think you would like to have, let me know.
