Short term room (till June or longer) FEB IS FREE

I am looking to leave my current housing, located near Old Town Pasadena, in order to move in with my S. O. I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting 2/1 UNTIL JUNE (6/30) (4 mo.), with the option to renew the year lease from July onward. Later move in dates can be arranged! Since I have already paid for February, the FIRST MONTH IS FREE!

The room is very large (~180 sqft+closet), comes with A/C, two windows, overhead fan, a walk in closet, and wooden floors. Bed and comfortable mattress are also included, as is a dresser. Remaining furniture could be kept for free until 6/30, and then bought from or removed by me.

There are two full bathrooms, on two floors, that are shared amongst four roommates. Two other people have separate units. Everyone in the house is a young male professional, people I have thoroughly enjoyed living with for the last year and a half. The atmosphere is very chill, everyone is expected to contribute to keeping the house livable and clean.

Included in the rent is a cleaning service that comes twice a month (they cover the common areas), gardeners, internet and trash. Roommates divide the bill for electricity, gas and water.
Washer and dryer are available in a private laundry area. Other appliances include dishwasher, oven, microwave, two full refrigerators, and a 50"+ TV.

The first floor, mostly common area, has a large kitchen with plenty of counter space, a dining room and a living room, all with wooden floors and furnished.
The house also has a front yard and a backyard, with space for cars, that can be gated, as well as space for bikes or other requirements.

Applications will be reviewed by our landlord through credit check and the application fee is $45, no smoking or pets are allowed.
