Large room for rent $1400 per month

We are a male/female couple looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom in our apartment. We have 2 small dogs and a cat. The room is private, month to month, has a private bathroom, shared vanity and closet space with female and cat, shared living room, full kitchen amenities, and in unit laundry. Must be pet friendly, but no additional pets allowed. Smoking ok, but only outside of the building and off property. All utilities and internet included.
