Large, sunny room with private bath for rent in northeast Pasadena, between Hill and Allen, Orange Grove and Washington in quiet house. Shared kitchen but small private refrigerator and pantry area.

Room measures about 30' by 15' so plenty of space. - $1,250

Tenants will pay 1/3 of all utilities. I have 2 small dogs and will consider one additional small to medium, well-behaved dog assuming the dogs get along.

Washer and dryer on premises. Parking available in rear of house off alley.

There is a $30 application fee which includes a credit check. Looking for 1 year lease but would possibly consider 6 months, no less than that.

Also have medium size storage shed available for rental.
