Room has queen size bed with large comfy arm chair and sofa. Sofa is pull-out sofa, great for guests.

Studio unit has its own kitchen, living room area, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished with dishes, glasses, utensils, towels, etc. Washer and dryer are on premises on first floor of main house.

Owner of the house works from home full-time and has 2 small dogs. Will consider another small, well-behaved dog. Sorry, no cats.

Great porch and other outdoor areas for relaxing and enjoying the summer.

Entrance to the unit is up a stairway and through the main house through short hallway.

Private parking space behind gate is available is available with alley access.

Note that much of the artwork is the current tenants and will be taken when they move out.
