Hi there, we have a room available for rent with a vintage walk in closet, gets a lot of beautiful sunlight, has ac unit, ceiling fan.
You have full access to the kitchen and communal spaces, including the peaceful porch which is lovely to read or simply sit and enjoy.
Washer and dryer in house.
The bathroom is shared with one person but there’s plenty of shelf space for your toiletries etc.
Plenty of street parking, nor permit required.
We are close to Eaton canyon and various hikes around the neighborhood.
We are looking for an easy going, quiet professional that is looking for a space to relax and reset. Responsible and clean, with a mindful attitude.
We are two working females that keep busy and work as a team to maintain the house in harmony. We like to socialize occasionally but keep the party elsewhere so we ask the same for our new house mate. We have a husky so unfortunately not open for more pets.
