We are looking for a fourth roommate for a spacious and beautiful 4 bed / 3 bath craftsman home in the heart of Pasadena. Close to Caltech, PCC, and Art Center.

Ideally looking for someone to move in ASAP. The house is furnished with all the essentials for the kitchen, a cozy living room setup, and dining area. We can also provide you with a bed if you’re moving from out of town or overseas!

About the room: You’ll have your own cozy room in a house shared with three artistic professionals—an animator working on Film and TV, a product designer who studies at Art Center, and an audio engineer who studies at UCLA.

We have two rooms available: the master bedroom for $1,650 plus utilities, with a giant private bathroom, double sink, jacuzzi and separate stand up shower, large walk-in closet, and it’s own private balcony. The second room, for $1400 plus utilities is on the ground floor with a private bathroom, beautiful hardwood floors, and with two windows, has lots of natural light.

Move in costs: first months rent + realtors fee $650 + security deposit $600.

Housemate Vibe: We are three friendly and laid back guys in our thirties who like to cultivate a warm, social atmosphere in our home. We are driven and work a lot, but when we’re not working we enjoy cooking, playing soccer, going on hikes, and hanging with friends. We like to keep a tidy house and share chores, so it would be good if you did too!
