Looking for a female roommate or a couple

Hi there, my current roommate is moving out for school so I’m looking for a female to take over her master bedroom. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and large private bathroom with a large tub. The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in City Place Apartments Pasadena. The unit is on the 4th floor, is newly renovated, has an in-unit washer/dryer, 2 patios (one patio is completely cat proof with a doggie door), and is carpeted. The apartment is a gated community with parking spots in the garage.

Rent is $1,767 a person. Estimate around 100-150 a month for utilities (gas, water, WiFi), expenses depending on AC usage in the summer. Looking for a roommate to renew either a one year lease (Aug 2024 to July 2025) or month to month (Aug-Jan 2025).

City Place is a comfortable gated community. It’s a safe place to live with friendly management. City Place is a luxurious apartment complex with a 24hr gym, temperature-controlled pool, jacuzzi, outdoor tv, fireplace and BBQ island. It is also located in the Playhouse District in Pasadena, and less than a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, Target, work out studios.

I am 29, a Veterinarian, I work long days 4 days out of the week, and tend to pick up weekend shifts. I am very quiet, organized, clean, and respect people’s privacy. I enjoy watching movies or tv shows with my roommates, along with exploring new food places, having wine nights and going to workout classes.

I’m looking for a young professional, female only, between 25-35 years of age, that is also working a full-time job and values cleanliness. Someone that if overall quiet during sleeping hours and respectful with the shared space.

I have two cats named Charlie and Sir Gregory. They are both very sweet, charming and friendly cats. I am looking for someone that will help keep the apartment cat friendly. No other pets, but can discuss.
