-Overnight guest ok, but not frequently (unless obvi serious), just respect the volume level and other people's space
-Not a party house
-Guests can't be here unless you are here w/them
-Only walking distance from Winco, Walmart, Target, Starbucks and plenty of other stores and Restaurants.
-Easy access to the 57,60,10 and the 71 freeways
-Hiking trails close by
-One year lease preferred.
-1 couple (male and female) and 1 male in home now
-Owner does not live on premises.
-Two small dogs in home now
