Phillips ranch room for rent !

The room is located in Phillip ranch, local to college campuses and freeways. It is the closest room to the bathroom and the bathroom is shared with two other roommates. Cable/WiFi is include in utilities and cable is in each room. I am looking for a professional mature adult who is over the party lifestyle and has a structured lifestyle. The roommate should understand common curtesy and abide by that level of respect for all roommates. Most of the house has normal 8-5 business hour type schedules; so I am looking for someone along those lines as well.
