I’m subletting a private bedroom in my 3 bed 1 bath apartment. (There is no living room-just bedrooms so it’s perfect for introverts like myself) Move in date is February 1st!
We are an all women household so no guys please :) I’m looking for someone who is clean (if you don’t clean after yourself or leave dishes around this is not the place for you), respectful, responsible, Covid cautious and doesn’t bring the party to home. No couples or pets, sorry!
The apartment is in a very central neighborhood Pico, Santa Monica! Walk, scoot or bike around town. Due to its proximity to banks and stores, you can run most errands entirely by foot or bicycle. Easy fast access to 10 and 405 Freeways. Public transportation is readily available with Big Blue Bus and Expo line, as well as bike and scooter rentals. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Whole Foods 365, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s, Rite Aid, 99 cents store and several restaurants with the diversity that only Los Angeles can offer. Just 1.4 miles away from downtown Santa Monica’s 3rd St. Promenade and the famous Santa Monica Pier at the beach.

The room comes unfurnished. You will be sharing the apartment with myself(26f) and one other roommate(39f).
