House- private bedroom/bath- furnished

Shared kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, breakfast nook, backyard with patio. There is a cardio bike on patio and yoga mat if you want to exercise outside. Parking pass Included.
I will provide laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap in bathroom, coffee, clean bedsheets and towels. I have a water filter attached to sink so you always have clean, fresh water :) Home has AC/heating, however I don't like the AC on a lot, unless it's really hot. If u need it on I don't mind turning it on for like 30 min- 1 hour until house it cools down, but no AC on durning the night while sleeping. In the bedroom, I can provide a desk and or a tv if you need, free of charge, just let me know so I can set it up.
I have a male corgi. He has a big personality so u better love dogs lol. We go on lots of daily walks. I'm super spiritual, self aware, and am really into holistic alternatives, natural remedies, and clean eating. I have a ton of cool books in the living room you're more than welcome to read. I also have a psychology degree, but I'm not in practice, as I chose my artist/creative path in design, instead. I'm easy to talk to, and will never make you feel weird or awkward lol.

U can smoke cigarettes outside in backyard if you are a smoker. I don't want lots of ppl over. You're welcome to have a friend(s) over or sleep over, but not constantly.
