My name is Elaine and I live with my boyfriend Raymond in a 2 bedroom apartment. Around March-April, the bigger room of the 2 will be vacant. The space is a perfect size for a couple but a single roomie is also more than welcome to apply—you’ll just have a really big space to yourself.

I am an introvert but my boyfriend is an extrovert. We’re both pretty friendly and you’ll more than likely see our goofy side when we’re with each other. One thing for sure is that we will respect your privacy.

Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are all fully furnished. Only 1 shared bathroom. Utilities + WiFi will be included in the 900 rent. there is street parking available. there is 1 washer & 1 dryer outside, shared among 4 households.

We are a walking distance from 2 plazas that offer multiple fast food options, 2 grocery stores, a Target, and other misc grooming places.

We don’t really have a preference (either 1 roomie or 2 roomies), but we just want our relationship as an lgbtq couple to be respected. We would love to share our place with another lgbtq person(s) if there is anyone interested. Non lgbtq people also welcome as long as you are respectful.
