Beautiful location on W. Manchester Ave., less than 2 miles from the beach in Playa Del Rey. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants/bars, LMU, Otis College, and LA Fitness. There is easy street parking, washer/dryer onsite, and a courtyard area for grilling.
I'm on a month to month lease now, but I would prefer to find a roommate who plans to stay for at least 6-12 months. Looking for someone with a steady income or mature student with traditional work hours, relatively quiet, and must be clean.

About Me: My name's Dave. I'm 30 years old, in the IT sales space. In my free time I like to workout, go to the beach, play sports, and try out different bars and restaurants. Relatively quiet during the week, as I work 9-5 business hours generally.
