Two Rooms available, Very Cozy, 10 Min to BEACH

My name is Nathan Haugaard, I'm 32 years old and a film industry professional.

I have a 1700 sq ft apartment, 3 bed 2 bath, in Playa Del Rey, a 10min walk from the beach.

I have two rooms and one bathroom available for TWO PEOPLE. Both rooms measure approximately 13'x13'. The bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

There's a washer and dryer in the garage. Also there's a laundry mat within walking distance.

The apartment has two dedicated parking spots in the garage, off the street. Street parking in this neighborhood is extensive and always available, a rarity in Los Angeles.

The apartment is a ten minute drive from LAX, so if you travel a lot this apartment is a dream for you. I am also on the ground floor, so if you are a film/camera professional as I am, it is very easy to load-in/out gear.

I'm not a party-er. I'll have friends over on rare occasions, but I prefer a quieter lifestyle, especially in the home.

Lots of great food nearby, bars, the beach bike path, the wetlands, good theatres; it's a cool spot. We are a ten minute walk from the beach and the beach bike path. It's a joy living so near the ocean, incredibly rejuvenating.
