Hi there,

I’m renting a bedroom in a furnished 2bd/2bd loft condo! It’s available Apr. 1. The unit is fully furnished and located in Playa Del Rey. It’s a 10 minute walk to Dockweiler beach and 5 mins from LAX airport. I’m a 34 year old journalist and I absolutely love this place! Looking for a short term roomie… 3 to 6 months is ideal, but I’m flexible with the lease duration so it can be discussed.

There’s 2 bedrooms downstairs and a room upstairs that I plan to turn into a working area/office. Laundry is in the unit and there’s covered parking in a garage.

The amenities include 2 pools, tennis court, jacuzzi, and community clubhouse.

Looking for someone who’s really clean, quiet, and likes to keep a pleasant, calm, and peaceful home environment.

No smoking, no pets!
