Seeking female roommate to fill large room

Looking for a female roommate to fill the spare large bedroom in our 3bd/2ba apartment in beautiful Playa Del Rey:) large bedroom and closet that comes furnished but open to changing some things if you’d like. You would share a big bathroom with lots of storage with one other roommate. Shower and toilet are separate from the sink area. Huge one living room with big patio to enjoy reading or/or a glass of wine. Large gated and secure complex with lots of trees and greenery. Tons of amenities as well such as two pools, spa, sauna, gym, club house and tennis courts. One parking spot included in the garage as well. About 1.5 miles away from the beach and down town playa with shopping and restaurants:) no pets unfortunately on this lease.
