Coming Soon! Bedroom+BR in NEW 2BR Playa Vista!

I am buying a 2 BR 2BA condo in the BRAND NEW Playa Vista building (still in progress!) called The Hayden. The building is expected to be available in November (roughly for now). I will be renting my other room.. Here are some features to my knowledge:

-Private Room (11x11)/Private restroom
-Access to all community areas including AWESOME community exclusive resorts gyms and pools, summer beach buses, dozens of parks, soccer fields, theaters, concerts, stores, restaurants, farmers market etc. It's LA's new paradise.
-1st floor, but it's elevated above the parking structure, so it's essentially a 2nd floor.
-New houses and park across the street. We are a few blocks away from Jefferson, so it should have a neighborhood feel.
-Basic cable and high speed internet included, and I take care of the bills as well

I will be starting from scratch, so we will have a new oven and I will buy a new refrigerator, and then a washer/dryer, living room furniture, etc.

About me:
37 y/o level-headed male teacher, athletic, healthy eater, fairly quiet but socially pleasant, non-smoker, I don't party as much as I did in my 20's (occasional nights out).. and most of all trustworthy! Male or Female OK.

I'm looking for a level-headed :) clean/low clutter, non-smoker, no animals (I like them, but not in a condo), no drama, calm in the morning :)..
