Very spacious room for rent in a 3 bedroom house with shared bathroom and living room. Room has 2 entry doors, 1 leads to the front door and the other leads to the laundry room and kitchen. Room also has a ceiling fan and big window with a view to the street. Dresser included (and we have a twin bed frame if needed). Washer and dryer inside the laundry room. Huge driveway with plenty of parking space. Very big front and back yard. Must be okay with animals and kids (7 year old). Very close to Cal Poly and Mt. Sac and all the shopping centers.
