The roommates share the electricity and gas bills, which are about $35 per person per month, and the landlord pays for water and WiFi.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in the house. This room is located in second floor, and street parking. The laundry room is a 2-minute walk to the right of the front yard.

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood about a block south of Claremont and 1 block west of Montclair. Minutes from Mall, Claremont Colleges(2.5 miles), University of La Verne(5 miles), Cal Poly(8 miles), Metrolink(2 miles), and 10 Fwy(less than 1 miles).
