Luxury room for rent

Hi, were giving a room out for rent in Northridge/Porter ranch. I live in gated high end luxury gated community and was wondering if you would be interested in renting a room out. Room will come with a queen mattress for your convenience. It will also be fully furnish for your liking. We have a beautiful swimming pool with a jacuzzi, 24/7 security patrol, 24/7 gated patrol, and safe parking always. Rent will be $1400 with utilities included. Utilities will include water, electricity, high speed internet, brand new washer and dryer access. We will be sharing two bathroom. We have a nice shopping center down the street which is walking distance. Shopping center consist of Starbucks, Walmart, Ralph's, Cvs, Bestbuy, In'In out, etc. This place comes with the package.
