Great house looking for amazing tenants. We have a great set up for someone to have either one or two rooms to themselves with a big two sink bathroom to share.

Monthly rent is $850.00 and $950.00 per month. Price is based on the size of the room. Security deposit is equal to one months rent. There is a nine month minimum.

**Rent reduction for one person renting two rooms.

Rent includes satellite TV, wall mounted flat screen TV, internet access, utilities, central air/heat. We want to allow our housemates kitchen access, laundry access, pool access and some fridge space.

We have two lovable pups that are super friendly. We have a labradore and labradoodle. They are mid size, just under 50 lbs. We need dog people for sure, no offense cat lovers!. Unfortunately, no additional pets. A residential neighborhood with lots of street parking.

The street is well lit. We are down the street from the police station. Close to lots of transportation, CSUN, stores, and the mall. We prefer no one working from home.

We are chill clean respectful people and expect the same. Your privacy is important to us as well. We can talk the rest out.

The house is both alarmed and has a camera system. Let's create a great living situation.

Boyfriends and girlfriends are great and we hope you have them, yet sorry, no sleepovers (unless there is an emergency of course).
