For $950 (utilities included) a unfurnished master bedroom with bathroom, shower and tub. Bedroom is 168 square feet. I might consider a couple for $350 extra.

PS – You will have full access to the lower floor which consist of kitchen (fully stocked with utensils), dining room, living room, bathroom, and beautifull backyard

Others living in the house. The only other person in the house is one male who lives downstairs in a bedroom. You will seldom see me other than occasionally in the kitchen.

Clean background
Good/stable source of income
No smoking on premises
No parties. No guest sleepovers.
I expect you to help keep the house neat.
