I have a lovely, clean two bedroom apartment in Rancho Palos Verdes California. It's located right on the cliffs next to the Terranea resort. I'm looking for a roommate to share my apartment.
I'm an entrepreneur and I work out of the home. You will have your own toilet and sink/bathroom but we share the shower. I have washer and dryer in unit. We need to split the utilities which is water electrical and Internet. There is offstreet parking. If you would like a parking spot it's at $50 a month extra.
