**Master bedroom avail 09/01 in Palos Verdes**

Hi everyone! My roommate is moving out and her master bedroom will be available for rent in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The room is available September 1 but may possibly be sooner. It has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The room may or may not be furnished. There is lots of street parking available. The monthly cost for the master bedroom is $1100. We would split the cost for electricity and internet. Electricity is about $75 monthly in the summer and internet is $50 monthly.

There is lots of natural light that comes through this apartment especially in the living room. Great location in Palos Verdes, less than 10 minute walk to Abalone Cove beach and Trader Joe’s, Starbucks etc 1.2 miles away. Lots of beautiful hiking trails in this area. Short drive to Redondo, Hermosa, Manhatten Beach.

Hoping to find an occupant who is quiet, clean, and respectful. I consider myself to be the same. I occupy the other room. I am an RN working 3 twelve hour days a week (day shift) and also currently in school for my masters. I have a 3 year old toy poodle super sweet and playful. Open to someone with a small dog (preferably hypoallergenic). Females only please. No couples please and no smokers. Also preferably someone who works the day shift.
