It is a gated community with 24 hour security, it has two Tennis Courts and two Pools and one is heated. It is quiet with really, nice neighbors - I love living here.
The room is furnished with nice queen size bed and dresser and vanity, those can be moved out if needed -
It is a fairly big room with lots of closet space.
There is one bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Nice size Kitchen and big Living Room with huge TV. If I get a Roommate, the Landlord said, he would get new carpet, which would be real nice.
Move in date, mid to late August or September 1st -
