I have a couple rooms I'm looking to fill coming up starting June 1st. I would love to find some like-minded trusted people!
House is in a very quiet and safe area in Glendale. We have a driveway and there is always plenty of street parking so need to ever worry about that. It is a friendly area with a lot of of welcoming areas for walks or even hikes. We also have access to a pool, tennis court and park right down the block. There is a huge amount of space throughout the house with a large kitchen living room and even an upstairs loft space making it very stress-free in a roommate situation.
I have two rooms available!
1700 - Master bedroom with tons of room enough for any sort of studio setup you would need, has a huge attached bathroom with a double sink. Big enough for even two people.
1300 - Single room plenty of space with a spacious bathroom close by as well
