Looking to rent out room in 1 bdrm apt

Hi there- I have a large 1 bedroom apartment that I’m looking to share with a responsible person. It’s located in a nice and quiet area on Raymond Hill just on the border of Pasadena in the town of South Pasadena. You can walk down the street to Starbucks, markets, shops and restaurants all to downtown South Pasadena along Fair Oaks Blvd. I have the bedroom area set up for you to stay in for your own privacy, with a shared bathroom & kitchen space. I also reside with and own a cat. I would stay in the studio area of my living room. I do prefer a male roommate, non- smoker and one who is able to show proof that they can afford the monthly expense. I’m willing to meet in public prior to showing you the room. Street parking only; WiFi included. Access to public transportation nearby.
