A Furnished En Suite in Redondo Beach

Hello, my name is Orly. I just came across your advertisement on Spareroom. com and I was pleasantly surprised as all of your requirements seem to fit what I offer. I am a 58 year old woman who lives in a 3 bedroom apartment (within a quaint 4 unit apartment complex) in North Redondo Beach. I am an artist and an art teacher. What I will be offering you is a furnished (a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, chair) en suite, painted white. It's a large room with its own bathroom, its own walk-in closet, and its own balcony. The rent is month to month, at $950 a month, all utilities included, free wifi, a washer and dryer facility downstairs, and on street parking is available. You will have use of the common kitchen and living room area. The apartment will be ready and available starting Jan 20, 2018. My 19 year old daughter is living with me temporarily at the moment. I am a free spirited individual, as well as a respectful and accepting person. My home is very quiet and calm and we hardly ever have guests. I like to keep a tidy house, but I am by all means not a perfectionist. :)
