Looking for an easygoing roommate to occupy a room in a 2BR/1 BA Apartment that?s a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Apt is a carpeted and spacious 1000sq. Feet with an awesome balcony for entertaining. Garage space for 1 car is included for incoming roommate. Apt is located in fairly quiet/peaceful area of Redondo Beach. No pets/smoking allowed. Place is already furnished but im happy to discuss details on this. Internet/cable, gas, & electricity NOT included, expect to add ~$80/month to rent.
