I am looking for a professional, neat and pet-friendly roommate to share my 1550 SF, 3 bd/2.5 bath townhouse in South Redondo Beach - Fantastic location west of PCH, one block from Whole Foods and walking distance to Starbucks, the Redondo Beach Pier, Shade Hotel Redondo Beach, and Redondo and Hermosa beaches. Two Blocks to the water!

You would have a spacious 12' x 13' bedroom, which has a large mirrored closet, brand new floors, and new paint. The bathroom (all brand new!) is shared with my other roommate (professional, active guy, 39 yrs old). You would also have full access to the common areas, including kitchen and washer/dryer. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished. A pet is ok!

Amenities include stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, gas bbq, fireplace, FiOS (TV/Internet), all utilities, AC and some storage, if needed.

Parking is street parking and is easily found.

About you: You are a professional, non-smoking/no-drugs, pet-friendly person. You may or may not have your own pet**. If you don't have a pet, you LOVE pets and are cool with a few around you. You have good credit, are employed and have a stable income. You also enjoy being active, social and sharing a glass of wine or beer on occasion after work, but you don't bring the party home. (**Your pet is dog and cat-friendly).

A little about me: I am a very active, professional female who works remotely for a technology company based in Silicon Valley. When not working, I spend time at the gym, walking my dogs and enjoying HGTV, Netflix (Stranger Things!) and adventure-based reality TV (Survivor and Amazing Race are faves). I have one 10 yr old male dog (French Bulldog/Pug/Chihuahua mix), and two 16 yr old very chill cats. I am also currently fostering a 6 yr old female dog (Chihuahua/Doxie mix).
