I was previously living with a couple who are on to bigger and better things, but I love this apartment so I need someone to take over the bigger room. It's in a prime location near Hermosa Beach with plenty of places around to eat and drink. We have a garage with a washer and dryer, but I've turned that into a "Man Cave" with a TV and couch, so that's where I spend 90% of my time. The living room is spacious and I am willing to let you do what you want with it. I'm easy to live with since I just kind of do my own thing!
