Two working professionals living in a very spacious three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, and a great living space and kitchen. There are two Refrigerators and an in house Laundry and Dryer, within our apartment. Less than two miles from the beach and freeway (405). This location is located within a twenty mile radius to Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Long Beach, and Palos Verdes. Its a very safe location and surrounding grocery store and CVS withing walking distance. As well restaurants and fast food. The apartment is very inclusive and with a friendly neighborhood, great neighbors. There is always parking unless you want a garage for a small cost. The living space is in great condition and very clean. No issues whatsoever. We are looking for someone who is Friendly, Respectful, and Clean.
