Room for Rent

We have a room with shared bathroom available in our recently remodeled home in North Redondo Beach. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids.
Close to public transportation, mall, beach and grocery stores within walking distance.
Looking preferably for a responsible, respectful person student/professional.
Rent is $ 850 a month including rent and all utilities (water, power, gas, wifi). Security deposit is $800, refundable upon moving out (within 14 days from the date all keys are returned).
Washer and dryer in the kitchen, private entrance to the room (from patio), street parking, central heating and AC and ceiling fan, access to Netflix.
Please no pets, smokers or drug users.
House rules: Please clean after yourself, no dirty dishes in the sink. If you use the stove burners you must remain in the kitchen to prevent fire. Overnight guests are not allowed.
